SB Coast Digital ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website or contact us, and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you submit our contact, start (checkout intake), onboarding, or client update-request forms, we may collect:

  • Name and email address
  • Phone number (optional, only if you provide it)
  • Business name and project details you provide
  • Plan and commitment preferences
  • Project scope answers on the start form (e.g., e-commerce or login needs)
  • Files you choose to upload (onboarding and update requests)

When you pay for a plan, payment is processed by Stripe. Stripe collects billing and payment information (such as your name, email, and card details) on their secure checkout page. We do not receive or store your full card number. Learn more in Stripe's Privacy Policy.

We also use Google reCAPTCHA v3 to help prevent spam. Google may collect usage data as described in the Google Privacy Policy.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit to:

  • Respond to inquiries and review project fit
  • Prepare agreements, onboarding, and website work
  • Process plan signups and communicate about your account
  • Communicate with you about your project
  • Protect our forms from abuse and spam

How we store and process data

Form submissions are processed through FormBackend, a third-party form service. Data is transmitted securely and stored according to their policies. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not sell your personal information.

Information we share

We do not sell your personal information. We share only the limited categories below, and only as needed to operate our business:

  • Form and project data (name, email, business details, and any files) with FormBackend, our form-processing provider, so we can receive and manage your submissions.
  • Payment data with Stripe when you complete checkout. Stripe processes payment on our behalf; we receive confirmation and customer contact details needed to fulfill your plan.
  • Usage and anti-spam data with Google (Google Analytics and reCAPTCHA), as described above.
  • Legal disclosures — information we are required to share by law or to protect our legal rights.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How long we keep your data

We retain the information you provide for as long as needed to deliver our Services, maintain business records, and comply with legal and tax obligations — typically for the duration of our business relationship plus a reasonable period afterward. You can request deletion sooner, as described in "Your choices" below, subject to any legal retention requirements.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you provide your phone number and opt in, we may send you text messages about your project, account, and support requests. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help. Opting in is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. Your mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Analytics

If enabled, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website — including pages viewed, general traffic patterns, and interactions such as clicking our text number or contact links. You can learn more in Google's Privacy Policy.

Cookies

Our site may use cookies or similar technologies through Google reCAPTCHA and Google Analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Children's privacy

Our website and Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@sbcoastdigital.com and we will delete it.

Your choices
